Domain Name (optional): $25.00 per year. We charge enough to cover the cost. If we can get it cheaper, we will pass the savings on to you.

Setup Fee: We do not charge setup fees. How can we provide our service without setting it up?

Level Pricing

• Basic: $.50 per unit, per quarter ($2.00 per unit per year), billed annually.
• Standard: $.80 per unit, per quarter ($3.20 per unit per year), billed quarterly.
• Deluxe: $1.10 per unit, per quarter ($4.40 per unit per year), billed quarterly.

We do offer discounts for associations larger than 150 units, please contact us for more information.
