Setup Fee: We do not charge setup fees. How can we provide our service without setting it up?

Level Pricing

• Basic: $.25 per unit, per quarter ($1.00 per unit per year), billed annually.
• Standard: $.75 per unit, per quarter ($3.00 per unit per year), billed quarterly.
• Deluxe: $1.00 per unit, per quarter ($4.00 per unit per year), billed quarterly.

We do offer discounts for associations larger than 150 units, contact us for more information.
